Use this form to reach out to HOA management about anything — a maintenance issue in a common area, a neighborhood concern, or a general suggestion. It’s the same form whether you’re reporting a broken gate, a landscaping issue, or something else you’d like management to know about.
Submit online whenever you can
While you’re welcome to print this form and drop it off at the HOA Office, submitting through FRONTSTEPS Community is faster and lets you track your request’s status right from your phone or computer. On FRONTSTEPS, this same form is called a Work Order.
How to submit a Work Order:
- Go to mytrv.frontsteps.com and log in.
- Navigate to it:
- On desktop/browser: My Reservations & Requests → My Work Orders → click the green + Work Order button.
- On the mobile app: My Reservations & Requests → Common Area Work Order → click the green + button in the lower right corner.
- Select Common Area as the type. (There’s also a “Unit” option in the system, but the HOA doesn’t use it — maintenance inside individual homes is the homeowner’s responsibility.)
- Choose the location and category of the issue, add a description, and attach a photo if you have one — it helps our staff review and respond faster.
Why it’s worth doing online: you can see the status of your request at any time, view comments from HOA staff, and avoid submitting a duplicate of something already reported.
New to FRONTSTEPS, or haven’t logged in yet?
FRONTSTEPS Community is one of a few different systems residents use at Trilogy, and it can take a little getting used to. If you’re not sure where to find it, how to log in, or what it’s for, visit Where to Sign In For What for a plain guide to every portal we use and what each one does.
Just moved in?
If you’re a new resident still getting set up, start at the New Resident Center — it walks you through registration and when your FRONTSTEPS invitation will arrive.
