Welcome home.
Getting settled at Trilogy takes a few steps, and they happen in a certain order. This page walks you through what comes first, what follows, and who to ask when something doesn’t go as expected.
There’s no rush. Most of this happens over your first few weeks, and the HOA Office is with you the whole way.
How getting set up works
One thing worth knowing up front: you don’t sign yourself up for anything here. Our staff enters you into each of our systems, and each one then emails you an invitation. That’s why the order matters — registering at the HOA Office is what starts everything else.
- Your closing
- HOA Office registration
- Access devices
- Email invitations arrive
- You’re connected
Register at the HOA Office Delta Club · Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This is the step everything else depends on. Our accounting partner lets us know a home has changed hands, and from there it’s up to you to come see us.
Bring with you:
- Photo ID or driver’s license for everyone living in the home
- Vehicle registration for every vehicle at the residence
- Your Grant Deed
- Your completed Confidential Resident Information Form
Pick up your access devices All available at the HOA Office when you register.
Trilogy is a gated community, and our buildings and courts are locked. There are three different devices, each doing a different job.
- Key FOB — opens the Vista Club, Delta Club, and Health & Wellness Center. Two per household, complimentary, one per person. If lost, replacements are $25.
- Gate transmitter — drives you through the entry gates. $35 each, one per registered resident.
- Pedestrian gate key — opens the tennis courts, pickleball courts, and dog park. $25 each.
Watch your email for invitations This is where most new residents get stuck. Here’s what to expect.
Once you’re registered, our staff enters you into our online systems. Each one sends you an invitation by email — there is nothing for you to sign up for on your own.
FRONTSTEPS Community is invitation-only
You cannot create your own FRONTSTEPS account. Going to FRONTSTEPS.com and registering there will not connect you to Trilogy — it creates an account with no community attached to it.
Your real invitation arrives by email from notifications@frontsteps.com, and it looks like this:
Subject line TRVMA has invited you to access the Trilogy at Rio Vista portalYou’ll receive invitations to:
- FRONTSTEPS Community — the Community Directory, association documents, work orders, and community e-blasts
- Dwelling Live — registering your guests at the gate
- MyTRV.org — this website, for clubs, the calendar, and Lifestyle events
Set up your assessment payments Handled by HOA Accounting Services, separately from the HOA Office.
Monthly assessments are paid through HOA Accounting Service’s portal for TRVMA assessments — by mail using the address on your statement, or online. Assessments cannot be paid at the HOA Office.
Some new residents set this up before they’ve even moved in, which is perfectly fine. It runs on its own track.
Go to the assessments portalAdd your guests Once your Dwelling Live invitation arrives.
Registering guests ahead of time means they come straight through the gate instead of waiting. Family who visit often can be added once as permanent guests and never need registering again.
Guest access, step by stepCome to a New Resident Orientation Held quarterly. We’ll invite you to the next one.
Our orientation is a relaxed session where you’ll meet the department heads, hear how the community runs, and get your questions answered in person. It runs about twenty minutes plus time for questions.
Because it’s quarterly, most people attend a little while after moving in — that’s normal, and often better, since you’ll arrive with real questions. The HOA Office calls or emails everyone who has moved in since the last session.
