Trilogy’s outdoor amenities are woven throughout the neighborhood — courts, parks, and quiet corners, all for residents and their accompanied guests.
Bocce Courts
Bocce is practically Trilogy’s official sport — more than 750 residents play across dozens of leagues and clubs. ⚠ VERIFY stats. Courts are located in two spots in the community, including a facility with covered seating near the Delta Club. Roll often, throw straight, and have fun!

Tennis & Pickleball Courts
Four courts adjacent to the Delta Club serve both tennis and pickleball. Open resident play begins at 12:00 p.m. daily; reserve a court using the reservation board at Court 3, and check the community calendar for club and open play times. [Link: Tennis Club · Pickleball Club → club pages]

Dog Park
On Diamond Hills Drive, off Summerset Drive. Open 7:00 a.m. to dusk, with separate areas for big dogs (over 25 lbs.) and small dogs (up to 25 lbs.). The Dog Park is the one park where four-legged friends are welcome — please note animals aren’t permitted at Tot Lot Park. [Button: Dog Park Rules (PDF)]

Horseshoe Courts
The Trilogy Horseshoe Pits are located off of Summerset Loop and are available for all residents and their guests. Bring a picnic and make a day of it!
Serenity Park & Labyrinth Walk
At the corner of Shearwater and Longspur, Serenity Park offers something rare: a place designed for stillness. The labyrinth — conceived by resident Anna Chunn after she moved to Trilogy in 2002 and brought to life sixteen years later by dedicated volunteers — was dedicated on December 2, 2018, and the park was renamed from Longspur Park to reflect its purpose. Like labyrinths found in gardens, parks, and quiet places worldwide, ours is open every day for solo walks of reflection, meditation, or prayer. No reservation needed; on-site signage explains the labyrinth and its use.
Tot Lot Park
At the corner of Osprey Ridge and Goose Pond, off Waterwood — because grandchildren visit! Open 8 a.m. to dusk for Trilogy residents and their accompanied guests. Please note: play equipment is for guests under 12, with adult supervision at all times; footwear required; no glass containers, animals, or skateboards.
