Welcome Center, Guest and Facility Access

The Welcome Center

Our Main Gate on Summerset Drive is staffed around the clock and is every guest’s first stop. Registering your guests ahead of time means they come straight through.

707-374-4306 — the gate gets busy, so registering online is faster and more reliable.

Your access devices

Trilogy is gated, and our buildings and courts are locked. Three different devices open three different things. All of them come from the HOA Office at the Delta Club.

Key FOB

Two free per household

Opens our buildings:

  • Vista Club
  • Delta Club
  • Health & Wellness Center

Gate transmitter

$35 each

Drives you through the community entry gates. One per registered resident, and we’ll need to see your current DMV registration.

Pedestrian gate key

$25 each

Opens the walk-in gates at:

  • Tennis courts
  • Pickleball courts
  • Dog park
About key FOBs: two come with your household, one per person. Additional FOBs aren’t issued, and they can’t be given to guests or caregivers — register those visitors through Dwelling Live instead. If yours is lost, contact the HOA Office right away so it can be deactivated; a replacement is $25.
Renting your home at Trilogy? Your key FOB comes from your homeowner rather than from the HOA Office.

Forgot your FOB, or it won’t work? Call the HOA Office first — that’s always the quickest fix. If you’re standing at the Delta Club and it’s not opening, use the video doorbell at the entrance.

FOBs work during each building’s operating hours. After hours the doors stay locked and there’s no one inside to let you in.

Registering guests with Dwelling Live

Guests, contractors, and deliveries should be registered before they arrive — unregistered visitors may be turned away at the gate.

Dwelling Live is its own system, with its own sign-in. You won’t find guest registration inside FRONTSTEPS Community or on MyTRV.org. Like our other systems, you can’t sign yourself up — the HOA Office enters you, and Dwelling Live emails you an invitation.

Adding a guest

  1. Sign in at community.dwellinglive.com
  2. Click Add Guest on the Guest List page
  3. Choose the Guest Type from the drop-down
  4. Set the visit as permanent, temporary, or other
  5. Select the arrival dates and how long they’re staying
  6. Click Save
Family who visit often? Add them once as a permanent guest and you’ll never need to call the gate for them again — your list appears automatically on the Welcome Center’s screen. You can also turn on email or text alerts when a guest checks in, and add driving directions to your home.

No computer or smartphone? Call the Welcome Center at 707-374-4306 and we’ll register guests for you by phone.

At the gate

  • Guest passes are issued at the gate and go on the driver’s-side dash. Guests staying several days should mention it when they arrive.
  • Transmitters are for residents only. Frequent visitors go in Dwelling Live as permanent guests instead.
  • Guests may stay up to 60 days in a calendar year. In our 55+ community, visitors under 45 are Temporary Guests under CC&R Section 5.3.2; guests of qualifying age staying beyond 60 days need to be registered with the HOA Office.
  • Guests can use most facilities when you’re with them — though not the fitness center, the indoor walking track, or the Learning Center. The Spa is open to everyone.
