Trilogy at Rio Vista is managed by the Trilogy at Rio Vista Master Association (TRVMA) — a homeowners association led by a five-member Board of Directors elected by the community, supported by designated committees and a full professional staff. Residents’ monthly assessments fund the amenities, common areas, and services that make Trilogy what it is.
How the Community Is Run
- The TRVMA Board of Directors sets policy and direction. Open Board meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 1 p.m., typically in the Diablo Ballroom at the Vista Club — check the community calendar for the latest location. Residents are welcome, and may speak during Open Forum by submitting a speaker card.
- Committees of resident volunteers advise the Board on everything from community advisory matters to emergency preparedness and community media.
- Six Village Associations handle village-specific matters, each with its own volunteer board.
- HOA departments serve residents day to day: HOA Administration, the HOA Office, Member Services, the Welcome Center, Lifestyle and Communications.
The HOA Offices
The HOA Administrative Office is located in the Delta Club, 990 Summerset Drive — open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. · 707-374-4843 · HOAOffice@mytrv.org

Where association business lives online
Board agendas, minutes, financials, governing documents, the Community Directory, and work orders are all in FRONTSTEPS Community — a separate system from this website, with its own sign-in. Village documents live in your village’s portal there.
