Hours & Locations

What are the hours for the clubhouses and facilities?

  • Vista Club: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily (Café Vista: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
  • Delta Club: 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily
  • HOA Office (inside the Delta Club): Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Health and Wellness Center: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., 7 days a week (spa appointments 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.)

Is there a US Post Office mailbox in Trilogy? Yes — a blue postal mailbox is located outside the Delta Club, near the outdoor pool gate.

Is there an ATM in Trilogy? Yes, in the business center at the Vista Club (an F&M Bank ATM; fees apply for non-F&M customers).

Are there electric car charging stations? Not within Trilogy itself; the City of Rio Vista has public charging stations: https://maps.app.goo.gl/8fu1qw7Bf3KojGe69

Guests & Gate Access

“I’ve registered at the HOA Office but I still can’t get into anything online.” Answer: none of our systems allow self-registration; each emails an invitation after staff enters you. FRONTSTEPS can be slow to finish setting up a new email address, and MyTRV.org access is added about weekly. If it’s been a couple of weeks, contact Communications.

How do I let the Welcome Center (Main Gate) know I have a guest, delivery, or contractor coming? Register them through your Dwelling Live account at community.dwellinglive.com — it’s the fastest, most reliable way, and permanent guests only need to be added once. You can also call the Welcome Center at 707-374-4306, but the gate gets busy and may not respond right away. (Residents: see Welcome Center & Guest Access for step-by-step instructions.)

How long can a guest stay with me? Guests may visit and stay up to a total of 60 days per calendar year. In our 55+ community, persons under 45 are considered Temporary Guests under CC&R Section 5.3.2; guests of appropriate age staying beyond 60 days must be registered with the HOA Office.

Can I get a gate transponder for a family member or frequent guest? No — transponders are for residents only. Frequent guests can be added as permanent guests in Dwelling Live.

Can my guests use the facilities? Most facilities, yes — when accompanied by you. Guests cannot use the Health & Wellness Center fitness facilities, the indoor walking track, or the Learning Center. (The spa is open to everyone.)

Key FOBs

What is a key FOB and where do I get one? Your key FOB is a small device that unlocks community buildings, including the Health & Wellness Center, Vista Club, Delta Club and Delta Pool. Pick yours up at the HOA Office, Delta Club, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. — bring photo ID and proof of residency. Renters: please contact your landlord.

How many FOBs can my household have, and what do they cost? The first two FOBs are complimentary per household — one per person. A third FOB for an additional household member is $25. Replacement for a lost FOB: $25 (contact the HOA Office right away so the lost one can be deactivated). One FOB per resident; FOBs aren’t issued to guests or caregivers — register guests through Dwelling Live instead.

Will my FOB work at any hour? FOBs work during each facility’s operating hours. After hours, doors stay locked — there’s no one to let you in, so don’t forget it!

Facilities & Amenities

What are the dining options at Trilogy? Two great venues: Café Vista in the Vista Club serves breakfast and lunch on weekdays, and the Monarch Grill at the Golf Club serves lunch and dinner daily. Both offer dine-in and to-go.

What’s the difference between the two pools? The Vista Pool is an indoor 25-yard lap pool built for year-round fitness and aquatic exercise. The Delta Pool is an outdoor resort-style pool made for leisure and relaxation. Both include a hot tub.

Can I bring my grandchildren to the pools? Absolutely — guests under 18 are welcome during Family Time, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily at both pools, accompanied by a resident.

Is there a place to walk or run indoors? Yes — the Vista Club’s second-floor walking track overlooks the lap pool. Climate-controlled, year-round, and 22 laps equal one mile.

Are animals permitted in the clubhouses? No, with the exception of service animals.

Fitness & Pools

How do I pay for group fitness classes? All group classes use pre-paid punch cards: Purple (10 classes, $60) or Red (20 classes, $120). Purchase at the Health & Wellness Center (open daily 6–9) with check or credit/debit card, payable to TRVMA — no cash. Treat your card like cash: no refunds or replacements. ⚠ VERIFY purchase location

How do I check in for a class? Stop by the Health and Wellness Center front desk before class to have your card punched. Aqua classes at the Vista Pool: check in at Member Services. Delta Club classes: check in at the class location.

Why was my class moved or cancelled? Two usual reasons: classes need at least 12 participants to stay on the schedule, and rooms occasionally shift for prior bookings or large community events. The community calendar always has the latest.

Any class etiquette I should know? Please skip perfume, cologne, and scented lotions; wear closed-toe athletic shoes with rubber soles (no black hard-soled street shoes on the ballroom floor); and members who have consumed alcohol cannot attend class, for everyone’s safety.

How do I reserve a tennis or pickleball court? Use the reservation board at Court 3. Club and open play times are on the community calendar (open resident play starts at noon daily).

Home, Property & Rules

Do I need approval for exterior changes to my home? Yes — all exterior changes require Architectural Review Committee (ARC) approval. Submit an Architectural Application for your village to the HOA Office at the Delta Club (electronically, in the drop box, or by mail to 990 Summerset Drive) at least three days before your village’s ARC meeting. Attending the meeting isn’t required, but it’s encouraged in case the committee has questions. Learn more on the HOA Office page (click here).

Do I need approval to repaint my house the same colors? Not if the colors are exactly the same — though some villages ask you to submit the colors for documentation even then. Check with the HOA Office.

Do I need approval for a generator? Permanently installed generators, yes. Temporary, moveable generators used during outages and stored inside don’t need approval.

Do I need permission to install an antenna or satellite dish? No application required. Please place devices where they’re least visible from streets and common areas without hurting reception.

What’s the fence standard? Fences must be black, 3 to 5 feet tall, and consistent with existing fences in the community.

Can I park my boat, RV, or jet ski at my home? RVs and similar vehicles may be parked in front of your residence for up to 48 hours — for loading and unloading only — with a free 48-Hour Pass from the Welcome Center or HOA Office. Display the pass. (Not permitted at the Vista or Delta Club lots.)

Can I have a garage or estate sale? Individual garage sales aren’t permitted — but the community holds public garage sales twice a year, generally the first Saturday of May and October. When registration opens, purchase your spot on the map at the Vista Club for $1.

Who’s responsible for leaves on my property and gutter? The homeowner, per the Master CC&Rs (Article 10, Section 10.2.1). TRVMA maintains common areas but doesn’t enter or maintain private lots.

There’s a utility box in my yard — do I have to allow access? Yes, that’s covered by the easement on the property. TRVMA has no jurisdiction over the utility companies and can’t intervene, though we may email residents if we’re notified of area work.

Who do I contact about a problem with my home? Your home is your responsibility — contact your warranty company or a reputable repair person. TRVMA doesn’t make recommendations, but there’s a wall of local vendor cards in the Delta Club hallway.

What about problems with my internet or garbage service? Contact the vendor directly. Garbage: Mount Diablo Resource Recovery, 707-374-5644. Internet: several providers serve Trilogy — check your router or bill for yours. TRVMA and the villages don’t provide these services and can’t intervene on your behalf.

What if I have a problem with a neighbor? TRVMA doesn’t intervene in civil matters between neighbors — associations exist to maintain common areas and property values. If it’s a police matter, contact the Rio Vista Police Department. To report a rules-compliance concern, use the Resident Communication Form (your report stays confidential unless a hearing is required).

Who can drive a golf cart? Operators must hold a valid driver’s license or be at least 18; unlicensed operators must ride with a licensed driver who can take control. Observe all posted signs and yield to overtaking traffic.

When a spouse or significant other passes away There’s no deadline for updating records with the Association — take the time you need. When you’re ready, the HOA Office (707-374-4843) will help make sure key documents and records are accurate.

Pets

How many pets can I have? Up to two dogs, cats, or other customarily uncaged household pets per residence. Please keep pets under control at all times and off other residents’ property.

Can I bring my dog to any park? The Dog Park on Diamond Hills Drive is made just for them — with separate big-dog and small-dog areas. Animals aren’t permitted at Tot Lot Park. Everywhere else, leashes on and waste picked up, please.

What if I’ve lost my pet or found a stray? See the Lost & Found Pet Protocol for contact information.

Payments & Assessments

Can I pay my monthly assessment at the HOA office? No — payments are mailed to the address on your statement or made online. Our accounting partner is HOA Accounting Services: 925-332-2200, option 2, or https://portal.hoa-accounting.com/public, for balances, account numbers, and billing questions. (Paperwork — but never payments — can be left in the HOA drop box in the Delta Club hallway.)

Clubs & Calendar
