The 27,000-square-foot Vista Club is the heart of daily life — home to Café Vista, the indoor pool and walking track, the library, the Learning Center, and the Diablo Ballroom. The Delta Club houses the HOA offices and meeting rooms, with the outdoor resort pool, tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts just steps away.
Dining
Enjoy weekday breakfast and lunch at Café Vista in the Vista Club, or a full-service lunch and dinner at the Monarch Grill at the Golf Club.
Health, Fitness & Spa
The Health & Wellness Center offers state-of-the-art fitness equipment and group classes exclusively for residents — and a full-service spa that’s open to the public, with special pricing for residents.
Pools
Swim year-round in the indoor Vista Pool or soak up the sun at the outdoor Delta Pool. Both include a hot tub.
Golf
The Golf Club at Rio Vista, owned by the community and open to the public, features an 18-hole championship course.
Parks, Courts & Outdoor Spaces
Bocce, tennis and pickleball, horseshoes, a dog park, a labyrinth walk at Serenity Park, and a tot lot for visiting grandchildren.
