Claim Your TRVMA Resident Spa Discount
Trilogy residents receive special resident pricing on spa services and products. Setting it up takes a few minutes and only needs to be done once. Read this page before you register — a couple of steps are easy to miss.

Purchased a massage appointment card in the last five years? Your account may already exist. If registration says your email is already in the system, use “Forgot Password” on the login page instead.
Step-by-Step
- Start your registration. [Register here ↗ https://wellnessliving.com/signup/mytrv_wellness] and complete all fields carefully.
- Activate your account. Watch for an email from no-reply@wellnessliving.com and click Activate Account.
- Enter your street address exactly as it appears on your property records. This is how the system recognizes you as a TRVMA resident — it’s the key to your discount.
- Sign the Right to Refuse Service agreement. (Don’t worry about signing with a mouse — we promise not to judge.)
- You’ll reach the Book Now page — but don’t book yet. You still need to claim your discount.
- Claim your discount: go to the Store tab and select TRVMA Resident Membership Discount (it’s free).
- Add it to your cart, scroll down, and click Sign Contract. Complete the resident verification signature and click I Agree to Use Electronic Signatures.
- Click Complete to finish.
- Book away! The Book Now page shows Public Rates at first — your resident price appears once services are in your cart.
Please note: verifying your address can take up to 24 hours. It’s automated, staff can’t speed it up — but it’s one-time. Once complete, you’ll always receive resident pricing.

At the bottom of this page, you’ll find the link to our registration form for Spa and Fitness at MyTRV. Please read this page thoroughly before visiting the link and registering your account.
When you first log into the platform, you may notice that spa service prices are higher than the rates you’ve previously enjoyed. This is because, by default, our system displays the Public Rate, which is higher than the TRVMA Resident Rate. This article will explain the steps to register your account and ensure you receive the TRVMA Resident Rate when booking your appointments.
We have imported accounts for people who purchased a massage appointment card within the last five years. If you try to register and receive an error message stating that your email is already in the system, please try to log in instead.
You’ll most likely need to set a password before logging in, which you can do on the login page by utilizing the forgot password option.

How to Register Your Account:
Please follow the steps below for those needing to register a new account. Suppose you’re unsure whether you need to register an account. In that case, we recommend following the steps below, as you’ll find out whether you have an account during the registration process.

After clicking the link at the bottom of this page, you will see this sign-up page:
After filling in your information, you will receive an Activation Email from no-reply@wellnessliving.com:
Click the Activate Account link to finish entering your information:
Make sure to carefully enter your street address, as it is one factor that the system uses to recognize you as a TRVMA resident and grant you a reduced rate for spa services.
During the registration process, you will be asked to digitally sign two documents, the first of which is our Right to Refuse Service agreement. We understand that signing with a mouse can be difficult, and we promise not to judge anyone’s handwriting.
After submitting your signature, you will see the Book Now page, where you can book spa services. But wait—you still need to activate your TRVMA resident discount.
You may not be able to claim your TRVMA resident discount immediately. You can check its availability on the Store tab.
If your account is ready to claim the discount, you will see TRVMA Resident Membership Discount as a free option in the Store. Suppose you do not see this product available. In that case, it may take up to 24 hours for the system to process your address and other information to make you eligible for the TRVMA Resident Membership Discount. Staff cannot expedite this wait period because this process is entirely automated. However, it is a one-time procedure; once complete, you’ll always receive the TRVMA Resident Membership Discount on all eligible products and services.
After waiting for your account to be processed, visit the Store tab and select the TRVMA Resident Membership Discount:
After adding the TRVMA Resident Membership Discount to your cart, you’ll see a button to Sign Contract near the bottom right of the page. You may have to scroll down to see this button.
Clicking the Sign Contract button will take you to the second and final digital signature, which confirms you are a TRVMA resident. Click the I Agree to Use Electronic Signatures button after signing.
Finally, you must click the Complete button to finish the process.
You are now fully registered and have claimed your TRVMA Resident Membership Discount.
Please note that the prices you will see on the Book Now page will remain the Public Rate, but you will see your discounted price after adding any spa services to your cart.
