Clubs are part of the lifeblood of Trilogy at Rio Vista. With nearly 100 active clubs, these groups create the friendships and sub-communities that make this such a special place to live — and if you have an idea for a new one, the TRVMA Lifestyle Department will help you make it happen.

Five Steps to Club Status
- Start by contacting the Lifestyle Department. Staff will help you every step of the way — email Lifestyles@mytrv.org or call 707-374-4204.
- Tell us why, how, and when you want to meet. Submit the required information along with a completed Club Status Application. Review the Club Rules and Responsibilities as you prepare — all clubs are approved by the TRVMA Board.
- Spread the word. Build a timeline and promotional plan: flyers, posters, a Trilogy Living Magazine article, or other community media. Contact CommunicationsCoordinator@mytrv.org for details. ⚠ VERIFY address is monitored
- Arrange your meeting space. Set up room reservations — or provide virtual meeting login details — with FacilityReservations@mytrv.org. Recurring Zoom meetings are welcome for virtual gatherings.
- Attend the annual Club Status Renewal meeting. Required once a year for all clubs; updated materials are provided to club leaders. Submit a new application and reservation request whenever your club’s details change.
