Trilogy is made up of six villages, each with its own volunteer board, governing documents, and residents’ club. Members pay a monthly assessment to the Master Association, and a small additional assessment to their village.

Architectural Applications
Planning an improvement? Every exterior change needs Architectural Review Committee approval. Applications are village-specific:

Submit completed applications to the HOA Office, Delta Club — electronically, in the drop box (in the hall by the ARC application wall), or by mail to 990 Summerset Drive — at least three days before your village’s ARC meeting.
