Trilogy’s clubhouses offer beautiful spaces for club meetings, community gatherings and private celebrations. Here’s how to reserve them.
For Clubs & Committees
To check availability, email FacilityReservations@mytrv.org with:
- Your preferred date(s), start time, and end time
- Your club or committee name and the purpose of the activity
Then submit a completed Room Reservation Form (or Single/Recurring Reservation Form for repeating meetings) to the same address. Need help with the form? Call 707-374-4204.
For Private Events
Celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or family gathering? Residents can rent rooms and select public spaces for private events. Complete a Private Event Reservation Form and email it to FacilityReservations@mytrv.org — our team will follow up to schedule a planning appointment.
Promoting Your Event
If your event has a flyer or poster, submit it to Lifestyles@mytrv.org and Communications@mytrv.org for pre-approval by the third Tuesday of the month. ⚠ VERIFY deadline current
